BYU's Title IX Process

Brigham Young University exists to provide an educational environment consistent with the ideals and principles of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. As such, the university will not tolerate Sexual Harassment (defined as sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking). Here you can find information on BYU’s process for investigating and resolving cases that are reported to the Title IX Office, as well as key concepts outlined in the university’s Sexual Harassment Policy.
